Your rental must be within two weeks, it must be at an US/Canada airport and you must be over 25.

How does the program work?
You pay $5 then provide us with relevant information and we book the lowest rate we can find for you using publicly available discounts with the car rental company of your choice. If we can not beat your rate or save you money we will refund your payment. You will receive an email confirmation of the reservation and an email from us providing additional useful information. Your reservation will arrive within 2 business days.

If you can not beat my rate when will I get a refund?
As soon as we find we can not beat your rate we will request your refund. Return time will depend on a number of factors.

Why do you charge for this service?
We charge for our time and expertise in finding you a great rate. It also helps to offset expenses involved in maintaining our web site.

Can I get a refund if I cancel or find a better rate?
No, you are paying for our time and expertise in finding a good rate. If you cancel you do not have to pay for your rental unlike Priceline and Hotwire.

How does Paypal work - do I need an account?
PayPal is a well known payment processor for online transactions. No account is needed to make payments. They provide a secure payment process.

Can I provide a rate lower than I actually have?
There is no real benefit to doing this. We will find the lowest rate we can no matter what. If you provide a fake rate and we can not beat it you do not have the opportunity to save money.

What do I need to provide you with to make a reservation?
You will need to provide your name, a valid email address and basic travel information. The form also includes optional travel information you can supply. We recommend you provide this information to assist in getting the best rental for your travel. You need to have a payment method compatible with PayPal.

Do I need to provide a credit card?
Major car rental companies do not require a credit card at time of reservation, therefore we do not require credit card information. You will need to provide a credit card or debit card at time of rental pick up and provide payment information to PayPal.

Why do I need to provide an email address?
This is used for all communication. You will receive all reservation confirmations and communications from us via email.

What do you do with my information?
Your information is shared with the car rental company to make a reservation. The only information we provide to the car rental companies is exactly the same information you would share to make your own reservation. We do not store any of your information after your rental unless you specifically request it. See our privacy/usage policy for more information.

Will I receive multiple emails?
Yes, you will receive a minimum of two emails unless you provide a rate we can not beat. One will be a confirmation of reservation email and the second one will be directly from us providing useful information. You will receive no more communications from us 2 days before travel.

Who and when do I pay for my rental?
You pay the car rental provider directly after rental just like you would for a normal car rental. You only pay us $5, if we can save you money!

Is this service safe?
Yes, your actual reservation is made directly with the car rental company just as if you had done it yourself. The information you send us is deleted after rental. We do share your name, email address and relevant travel information only with the car rental company to make your reservation. See our privacy/usage policy for more information. Your financial information is secured by Paypal.

What are publicly available discounts?
These are promotional offers from rental companies that are available through various marketing channels. If we use a promotional code for your reservation, details will be provided through email. For discounts that require copies, links will be provided in your reservation email.

What do I do if my schedule changes?
Let us now as soon as possible and we will make a new reservation for you. If it is within 2 days of travel contact the rental company directly. Please note, this may result in a rate increase.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, just send us an email to let us know or if you are canceling; within 2 days of travel cancel directly on the car rental providers website. There will be a link in the confirmation email you receive from the car rental provider. You will not be charged for your rental but the $5 booking fee is non refundable.

What is the optional information?
This is used to help us find you the best discounts available and make sure you get everything you need with your rental. For example, if you need an additional driver you can add it in this area.

What do I need to rent a car?
You need to be over 18 years old, have a debit or credit card and a valid drivers license. You must be over 25 to use our service.

Can I add additional drivers, insurance, other add ons?
Yes, if you choose an additional driver, they will be included in your reservation. The cost will be included in your final quote. Other options are not available.

Can I use express service programs?
Generally yes, if you do not complete the optional information section you can often modify your reservation online to include relevant information or call the car rental provider directly to have this information added.
