Management:

CEO/Co-Founder: Mark Mannell

In his role as CEO, Mark is responsible for the overall strategy and running of the business. He originally developed and implemented the Smart Book technology and is a leading expert in car rental coupons and discounts.

Prior to co-founding CarRentalSavers.com he worked for Vanguard Car Rental USA managing the US brand site of Alamo.com. In this role he managed all promotions on the site, developed successful partner and social media programs, and assisted in key programs including email marketing, search engine marketing and digital advertising.

He has been quoted in numerous car rental articles via CNN.com, The Boston Globe, ABCNews.com, TravelChannel.com, FoxBusiness.com and BankRate.com.

He has lived in the U.S., Canada, and England, reflecting his global perspective in the travel business​.

Mark has 15 years of product management and product marketing experience in several industries including telecom, mobile communications, travel, and publishing. He holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA from Northeastern State University.

CFO/Co-Founder: David C Martin

In his role as CFO, David is responsible for managing financial operations and is responsible for the overall financial health of the business.

David holds a BBA in Finance from Northeastern State University and brings 20 years of experience in banking, serving in various roles including as a Vice President and a Banking Consultant.

He furthered his professional expertise by attending the Colorado School of Banking.

Beyond his professional achievements, David enjoys playing tennis and is an avid fan of OU football.
