CEO/Co-Founder: Mark Mannell

In his role as CEO, Mark is responsible for the overall strategy and running of the business. He originally developed and implemented the Smart Book technology and is a leading expert in car rental coupons and discounts.

Prior to co-founding CarRentalSavers.com he worked for Vanguard Car Rental USA managing the US brand site of Alamo.com. In this role he managed all promotions on the site, developed successful partner and social media programs, and assisted in key programs including email marketing, search engine marketing and digital advertising.

He has been quoted in numerous car rental articles via CNN.com, The Boston Globe, ABCNews.com, TravelChannel.com, FoxBusiness.com and BankRate.com.

Mark has 15 years of product management and product marketing experience in several industries including telecom, mobile communications, travel, and publishing. He holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA from Northeastern State University.
